What is Tester Club?
Tester Club allows you to be among the first to experience our newest products! By spending a certain number of points, you can apply for the opportunity to try our products. After the application period ends, selected users will be chosen based on factors such as their application history, previous selection status, and feedback quality from past testing. Selected users will receive the product for free and have the chance to share valuable feedback. If not selected, the points spent during the application will be fully refunded to your account.
How to participate?
- Browse the products available in the Tester Club module.
- Confirm the required points and click the "Apply" button.
- Wait for the results to be announced. The selected user list will be displayed in the Tester Club module, and you will also receive a notification.
Important Notes:
- After the results are announced, selected users must provide complete shipping information within the specified time; otherwise, the qualification will be forfeited.
- Each Tester Club activity requires a new application. Selection is not continuous.
- Except in cases of shipping loss or damage, Tester Club products cannot be returned or exchanged.
